As part of this service we request various pieces of information, as well as possibly pay for member services. As some of this information is private to our subscribers, we have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to that privacy. All TravelersMeet employees consistently and strictly adhere to this policy.
We collect these various pieces of information as noted above for general identifying purposes and which enables us to provide you with a more individualized service. Once you have registered, you will be asked for some personal but non-identifying information to complete your profile. Obviously, if you provide us with a photograph, this will be combined with some of your information making your record more personally identifiable. Financial information that is collected is only used to bill the subscriber user for products and services and is never shared.
In all circumstances, none of the information collected by TravelersMeet is shared with any outside parties, unless requested by the subscriber (for example special members only offers); in this later case, subscribers will have the opportunity to opt out. Only TravelersMeet employees have access to the private information and all employees are instructed to use the data only for order processing and customer service. This policy is strictly enforced.
